My first impression when I walked into Otello’s was wow!  It was completely renovated!  My parents and I were pleasantly greeted at the front door and taken into the office where we started planning my Bridal Shower.  We were informed about all the services and menu choices they provided that would best suit our needs.

          Being a business owner myself, I feel that you need to treat your customers as people and not just a number.  Otello’s was very understanding as to what we were looking for and strived to provide the best service to us.

          I had my Bridal Shower at Otello’s on March 28, 2009.  Their service was wonderful, the food was fantastic, their knowledge in the banquet industry superseded my expectations.  Best of all, my guests were very happy.

          Otellos staff knows that I was very happy with the services that they provided for me.  I will be back in due time for my baby shower!
